Hi! Thanks for creating for me, or for otherwise taking a look at my letter. I’m fencesit on AO3!
You may notice that I have less details or prompts for some fandoms/ships/mediums than others. Please don't take this as an indication that I want those things any less than other things! I very much desperately want everything I've requested, I've just had more time to request some things than others.
And: please don't feel like you need to follow one of my prompts to keep from disappointing me. I've provided all the information below in an attempt to help my writer feel confident in producing a gift for me, but if prompts and extra details don't work for you then feel free to ignore them.

- If you're writing/drawing a character who's literally having an out of body experience (like, because they're a ghost and something else has taken over their body) or dealing with an actual fake world (like, because they're trapped in a magical illusion) then that's okay.

I do sometimes download my gifts or read them on mobile, however, so I appreciate when unconventional works use tricks like display:none (explained in this tutorial in the "What do I do if the Creator's Style is hidden?" section) which also makes works with HTML/embedded pictures more accessible!

Ship likes:
- Anything on my general likes list is excellent in shipfic too of course. Also, I am a pretty big fan of understated shipfic — if you just put the characters together and show that they care about each other then I don't even need kissing or anything, really, which I think can work well for fandoms where characters are frequently in life-or-death situations or need to be professional. Not that kissing isn't welcome! Just, I am extremely easy to please on the "Is this shippy enough?" front.
- Slow burn, friends to lovers, enemies-to-friends-to-lovers — The slower the better. FWB-to-lovers is also great.
- Characters who have history with each other — established relationships are good, but what I really love is feeling like the characters know each other well and think about each other often. In characters who are already friends, that probably looks like, say, knowing what kind of coffee the other person likes. In characters who were enemies, they probably know each other’s weaknesses and faults really well.
- Arguments where each person thinks the conversation is about something subtly different — I mean, misunderstandings in general are great for tension, but I like it when characters are trying to communicate but they’re coming from perspectives so different that they can’t even argue without clarification.
- Casual physical affection — a lot of my ships involve people who have massive or very specific personal bubbles, so seeing the way the characters touch each other when they’re not already in Kissing Mode is really great.
- Pining, especially longstanding they-could-never-want-me pining — the id wants what the id wants and what the id wants is characters with low self-worth. Bonus points if it's tied up in some kind of misunderstanding about their relationship (eg, "They hate me!" or "I'm ugly!") or their differing rank/species/wealth/etc.
- When their hands touch and other very understated moments of romantic or sexual tension — aaaaaaa I don't even have words for how much I love this, if you include it I will wail happily at you about it in my comment, possibly at length.
Smut likes
I don't usually request smut but if you want to include it then I don't mind. I know that that's kind of an extremely bland and unenthusiastic way to start out but it's, uh, really honest, at least? I'm usually after character interaction, plot, or worldbuilding with my requests, but getting a sex scene along with other stuff definitely wouldn't ruin a gift. Overall, I want you to feel free to write sex if you would enjoy doing so/if you think the fic will be better with it! I'm generally just enthused by my writer getting to have fun writing something they're proud of, you know?
There are obviously some things I do like, and I know some folks really enjoy tailoring their fic (i'm one of them!) so:
- Extremely emotionally charged sex — No matter what kind of sex acts they do, I really love when the sex has a lot of feelings involved, especially if it's sad emotions or desperation or part of some hurt/comfort or whump.
- Sex that's very directly relevant to the plot or character arcs — I love sex scenes where I learn more about a character or relationship. Is 'character driven smut' a thing? Because if so, that's my favorite. And also porn with plot.
- anal and pegging, PIV, frottage, intercural, handjobs, all kinds of fingering, strapons, toys
- overstimulation and edging, orgasm delay/denial
- bondage — handcuffs, spreader bars, honor bondage, and honestly pretty much anything in the general category of restricting someone's movement during sex
- praise kink, loyalty kink, hurt/comfort, trust and sex otherwise overloaded with emotion
- magic/super powers being used in fun and inventive ways
- clothing/uniform kink, half-clothed sex, one naked and the other not.
- hair petting, cuddling, lazy mornings in bed, touch starvation
- size difference, size kink, come inflation, large insertions
- pregnancy, including mpreg — impregnation porn and pregnant sex welcome, eggpreg and het mpreg are also fine. And while we're talking about it, narratively speaking I love a fic where being pregnant/mpregnant is upsetting because the character didn't plan for it, thinks their partner doesn't want it, conceived in a nonconsensual or dubiously consensual way, can't afford it, etc, all of which could be comforted away with or without sex. I'm not much for birthing scenes.
- probably other things that I'm forgetting! I'm pretty open to a bunch of things that aren't on the above list or mentioned in my DNWs, and if you're unsure if you should include something please feel free to ask through the mods.

Main Characters/Ship: Uchiha Izuna/Original Female Silk Merchant's Daughter
I love Hisa and Izuna and I'm extremely enthused at the idea of anything about them or about the setting in general! I really love worldbuilding and all of the OCs in this fic, too. If possible, I would like something that takes place during or in place of the events in the series, instead of something set after what's been published.
Some ideas:
- Things go a little differently when Hisa and Izuna flee the capital and go to the Uchiha. Something something [handwaves] Hisa is compromised and she has to either marry Izuna or ruin her family.
- Izuna gets injured and Hisa gets a new Uchiha guard for awhile.
- Anything with Izuna and the Kawaguchi staff/employees — trying to feed Izuna up, giving him tours when he first arrives, outside POV on him and Hisa.
- AU where Mito intervenes earlier.
- Something where Hisa meets Hashirama for the first time under better circumstances.
- Izuna travels back in time and saves all those men who died right before the start of the fic.

Main Characters/Ship: Hoshigaki Kisame/Senju Tobirama
I love the way this fic brings Tobirama and Kisame together at the same time as the village, and I would really love some recursive fic focusing on either or both of those processes! I find the way Kisame's philosophy influences the village's founding super compelling and I love that he spends a lot of time going around arguing about the village founding in the fic. Kisame remaking Konoha as a metaphor/parallel process for remaking himself is just SO good, and I'm extremely vibing with the way the fic ends with both Kisame and the village permanently changed for the better. Also, very in love for the ninja-ness of the narrative, like how Kisame wakes up in Tobirama's house, notices that his sword is there, and is like, "Ah, Tobirama doesn't want me dead."
In conclusion, hell yeah this fic.
Some ideas:
- Outside POV: What kind of conversations do people have while Kisame is out after getting stabbed saving Izuna? Do Mito and Hashirama, or Hashirama and Madara, or other people talk about Kisame's worries about newer, bigger wars? What do the Uzumaki think about the village, and moving to it, and finding that Tobirama has a shark-y husband guy? Also: literally any Tobirama POV of anything.
- Missing scenes/elaborations on summarized material: What's Kisame and Tobirama's first mission like, or their first several missions, or the first mission where they really trust each other? What do Kisame's conversations re: loyalty to teammates over loyalty to the village actually look like, and who does Kisame have them with? What's Kisame's first conversation with Madara like?
- Other things: Is it weird for Kisame to suddenly be working buddy-buddy with the Konoha clans? Is it weird for him to move into the settled life of belonging to a clan and then a village after so long as a traveling missing nin? What's the first test of the loyalty-to-teammates philosophy, and how does that go? Does Kisame take any students or teach anyone anything? Does Kisame learn any new skills (like maybe sealing, which is how he comes to understand the seal he used to time travel more?)?

I know it's lame to be obsessed with my own AU idea but STATE MANDATED GHOST HUNTING NINJA is SO good, I'm sorry. I wrote this fic really fast so I didn't really have time to build up the worldbuilding in my head, and therefore I am lamely left with a lot of questions about my own worldbuilding lmao.
Some ideas:
- Marriage stuff: When and how do Madara and Hashirama do the Uchiha version of marriage, where they have to meet up at a temple and bow and drink sake, etc? Who attends? Also, what do each of the clans think about the marriage?
- Politics stuff: Does Hashirama maybe follow Madara back to the capital to report to the Daimyō? Whether or not Hashirama does, how does Madara's report go and what does Madara tell the Daimyō about Hashirama's involvement? I'm kind of thinking that in this verse, Konoha is initially founded literally to facilitate the Senju and the Uchiha working together to fight ghosts.
- Ghost things: What other ghost fights has Madara done? What kind of unseen things can the Sharingan see besides inn ghosts? Do Madara and Hashirama ever investigate other ghosts? When and how does Tobirama get introduced to ghost things properly?
- Other worldbuilding things: what other differences are there in Senju and Uchiha culture? What kind of religious stuff related to ghosts and ghost hunting and the supernatural do the Uchiha do? What's up with the soothsayers and fortune tellers that Senju Butsuma scared off from Senju lands, and also were the Senju into that kind of thing at some point before Butsuima?
- Other other things: what the hell WAS Tobirama up to, because to be honest I have no idea????
- Hashirama POV would be so good. I'd love something that expanded on his ambitions and what happened with Mito, also.

Main Characters/Ship: Sai & Hatake Kakashi & Namikaze Minato
Sai is so wonderful and I love the way this fic has him working around his orders very, very carefully, and also the way it emphasizes everyone being very ninja-y and dangerous. Other fave things: Sai's friendships with Sakura and Naruto, Sai trusting Kakashi but also disliking him lmao, all of Sai's feelings about Shin, Sai really liking Pakkun.
Some ideas:
- Sai meets Shin again after everything is sorted and Danzō is dead!
- Sai and Kakashi help Minato deal with Danzō
- Minato doesn't fully trust Sai yet, so Kakashi has to keep track of him! Therefore they become roommates.
- Sai and Pakkun hang out, either after the events of this fic or in the past before the time travel.
- Sai makes new friends, like maybe Tenzō or Shisui or something!

I really like this ship and although I like how this fic came out a lot, I frequently regret that I didn't add in more explicitly shippy stuff in the time between Sakura and Madara parting ways and Sakura coming to heal Izuna. What kind of gifts did Madara send? What were their letters like? What was Madara's POV of all this? Or, if you'd prefer to do post-fic stuff, what's Izuna's reaction to their engagement and how does the wedding go? What impact does this all have on the village coming together?

It's lame to laugh at my own fic but I do chuckle a little when I reread this because Tobirama thinks he's being SO diplomatic and he really, really is not. Anything that explores Tobirama's lack of real social skills and extremely pragmatic approach would be great, of course. Other ideas: Madara and Izuna kill Butsuma and then wait to see what happens. Or, Tobirama tells Hashirama what he did. Or, Tobirama doesn't tell Hashirama, but the Uchiha brothers kill Butsuma and then Hashirama finds out anyway. Or, at some point down the line Mito has a chance to thank Madara or Izuna for their wedding gift because Butsuma was a huge asshole.

In this fic I put her in the same year as Harry but in Hufflepuff, so it'd be great to see what kind of stuff she gets up to over the years.

I did not know that Donna & Stitch was a combination I needed until I read this fic during noms, but here we are. My fondest, wildest dream is for Donna (and the Doctor) to run into each other again in space when Stitch is in trouble and help him, or for them to help each other. But Donna and Stitch hanging out on the beach in Hawaii would also be a wonderful fun time!

I would love LBH POV, or more An Ding worldbuilding, or some Mobei-jun/Shang Qinghua because it's briefly hinted at in this fic and I would love to see how Shang Qinghua and Mobei-jun's relationship would play out differently — especially considering SQH is LBH's shizun now!

This is the marriage fic of my dreams and the universe is FASCINATING. I would obviously love more MBH/SQH content — either from their backstory in this fic or taking place after they get married, and MBJ POV or outside POV would be very welcome! — but I'm just as fascinated by the world around the ship as I am with the ship itself. What's going on with Tianlang-jun and Su Xiyan? How are Shen Qingqiu and Yue Qingyuan doing? I love that Cang Qiong Mountain Sect and Huan Hua Palace are at war and would love more on that subject, too. Also, as always, I am fascinated by SVSSS logistics and economics, so if you can work more of that in it'd be rad.

This fic lives RENT FREE inside my brain. I don't even usually like fic where the couple has a kid, but Acorn is extremely charming and I LOVE the delicious tension of all the misunderstandings in this fic, which are very dramatic and yet feel totally and completely reasonable.
Some ideas:
- I've read Chrononautical's compilation of ways that someone could have spilled the beans earlier for Bilbo so that the misunderstanding would be at least partially averted, but I would love to see a million more takes on that same idea, or even some follow up to Chrononautical's ideas about what might have happened next.
- Thorin POV is so, so good in this fic and I am desperate for more because he is so SAD and the dramatic irony is so DELICIOUS.
- What would have happened if Bilbo hadn't gotten pregnant?

I love Wen Ning so much and also I love time loops, as you can probably tell from this fic! Anything with Wen Ning and time loops would be so wonderful, but here are some ideas: Has Wen Ning every told any version of Wen Qing about the time travel? Has he ever told Wei Wuxian? Does he ever tell Nie Huaising? What IS Wen Ning's idea to put the Qishan Wen under Nie protection? I literally can't remember what my plan was anymore, if I even had one, although my heart kind of says that it was probably WN and NHS getting hitched lmao.
